Tracy is an MSW social worker who provides therapy to older adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. Deanne has 15+ years of experience working with adults, adolescents, young adults, parents, couples and families.
Deanne brings a warm and empathetic approach to her work with her clients. She can help you with anxiety, depression, addiction, loss/grief, self -acceptance-self esteem, family of origin, dealing with strong emotions, eating and body image related struggles as well as trauma. In addition to providing individual therapy, Deanne enjoys working with couples and families because of her belief that human connection and relationships are a basic human need. She works with you to identify patterns in your relationships and explore underlying feelings that are driving these patterns to help you to create stronger more attached relationships.
Deanne is trained in many therapeutic approaches that she can draw upon to create a tailored treatment plan. These include: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Najwa specializes in Assessment and Treatment of Children, Adolescents and their Families. She is certified in multi-family adolescents and parents Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Circle of Security Parenting Training.
Najwa focuses on attachment as research highlights that secure attachment in early childhood supports children’s self-confidence and success in life. As well, parents want the assurance that they are doing their best to secure safety and stability for their children.
